two formats: Simplified and complete.
Simplified: The simplified format targets the IT consulting companies and
hardware vendors operating in partnership with WANOPT. Such format assumes
that the partners will execute the data, gathering, formatting the information
and WANOPT will be responsible only for the data processing and designing
