Create Data and Voice Inventory
- Our process utilizes proprietary software combined with consulting expertise to deliver an inventory of voice and data services.
- The inventory requirement requires our consultants to work with the client to determine appropriate location mappings and cost codes for each of the invoice items in the inventory.This will enable the client to view its telecommunications spend by site, by business unit, by contract, by service provider as well as cost center.
- This inventory requirement includes the initial load of the web-based inventory and expense management tool. The inventory will be available in a staggered manner, with monthly data being loaded and maintained as the data for each vendor is complete.
We perform some or all initial set-up activities from establishing the baseline inventory to invoice consolidation and establishment of mechanized invoice feeds. Following the set up, we may be contracted to perform the monthly invoice load, generation of management reports, and evaluation of optimization opportunities through on-going analysis of the company’s specific needs.
