Consolidate Invoices and Establishment of Electronic Invoice Feeds

• In parallel with developing a complete inventory, we will work with the client’s voice and data communications services vendors to consolidate the number of invoices currently received, and where possible, establish electronic feeds with each vendor to reduce the number of paper invoices requiring manual loading. This part of the service focuses on establishing electronic invoices with the client’s largest telecommunications vendors.
• We’ll work with the client, its vendors, and its payment partners to secure detailed electronic invoicing information in an effort to prevent electronic theft of the clients data.
