Provide Web-based Inventory and Expense Management Tool for Monthly Reporting
- We load the client’s invoicing information into our secure, web-based tool (TRMS) that provides standard, exception and custom reporting. This will allow the client and our team (if contracted to do so) to view spending information by location, by business unit, by contract, by vendor, by service type and all this by month. Drill-down capabilities exist at any level of the hierarchy. Both PDF and Excel-compatible downloads are provided.
- The system stores an agreed number of months of data, makes available any desired number of users Ids and passwords for secure access to the tools and provide up to 10 hours of training and written documentation on the use of the system and instruction on how to view, export, and manipulate the reports.
