Perform On-Going Spend and Contract Optimization

• As part of the on-going services, we identify telecom spend optimization opportunities for the client. Our team analyzes volumes, flows and associated charges, as well as contract rates, terms and conditions to develop recommendations on actions designed to improve the client's telecom spend and spending patterns. These actions could include disconnecting unused services (that may have been disconnected but are still billed for), changing to more cost-efficient service plans, eliminating unused or unnecessary features and making changes to take full advantage of existing contract terms.
• Our service also highlights all unit costs that are higher than industry norms and suggest optional courses of action to reduce those charges.
• Although we have available a whole set of tools to execute the re-engineering and technical optimizations - ARIETE® - See item Software WANOPT may not recommend engineering or technical optimization at this point, but will confine its recommendations to administrative actions that can reduce the client's telecom spend through the organization and consolidation of critical and fundamental data.
