Applicability/ Factors influencing the need / TARIFF SYSTEM

The way the tariff system is structured in a given country its an important factor to define how well the services offered by us are perceived. Countries where the tariff system acts to generate balance between the interconnection costs (The expensive ones are subsidized by the cheapest ones making all prices more uniform) tend to generate fewer opportunities for our services. It happens because when the differences in terms of cost between the services becomes acute the need for selecting the best services in terms of cost effectiveness decreases in the same proportion. In addition, in this situation the stimulus for wide area rearrangements tend to be small.
