In order to make possible the evaluation of how much our services are important for a given organization, we listed the main factors that normally influence this evaluation. Such factors can be divided into two main groups:

• Level of integration of the organization;
• Size of the organization in terms of number of sites and traffic volume;
• Telecommunications cost compared with other cost factors.
